At Madame Grey’s Luxury Oils, every order is prepared with care. Please review the information below regarding shipping, returns, and refunds.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During periods of high demand, processing times may vary slightly.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Madame Grey is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has left our care.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Madame Grey is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Madame Grey is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to update an order, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase — we’ll do our best to assist if the order has not yet been fulfilled.
